I topped with crushed baked doritos and baked it the last five minutes so they would be extra crunchy. Overall a very yummy recipe. - 8/21/12

    Incredible!
good comfort food. my husband likes this and is really quick and easy to make. i normally season my meat w/ more spices so it had a better flavor than just the packet. - 2/15/10

Love this recipe! I build my plate with lettuce, then the piece of pie, surrounded by fresh avocado, and salsa to pump up the veggies! I didn't use the rotel, but instead put in 1/4 a cup of chopped onion and dashed some hot sauce. - 1/5/10
