    Incredible!
Made with 2 skinless frozen chicken tenders, and added 1/2 chopped zucchini, which added good moisture. Tossed in baby carrots, cubed organic redskin potatoes, cubed onions, and a few organic cherry tomatoes. Sprinkled garlic and parmesan cheese over all and baked 1 hour. Came out perfectly! So easy - 9/21/20

    Incredible!
This is very good. I have made it with the garlic and I have also substituted Italian seasoning or Mrs Dash for the garlic. It is good with any of the three seasonings. Also, I usually add the corn or the potatoes but not both because of the carbs. - 8/23/18

    Incredible!
Delicious . I made a few changes to use what I had on hand: instead of canned potatoes I sliced one large red potato and microwaved with olive oil 2 minutes. Instead of mushroom, asparagus spears cut to fit. And I cooked the corn outside of the packet. - 9/3/17

We have done a similar food when camping using burgers, no corn. I am looking forward to trying this soon--camping is our staycation activity and this new recipe will add some fun and nutrition. - 6/24/12
