Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This is very good. I have made it with the garlic and I have also substituted Italian seasoning or Mrs Dash for the garlic. It is good with any of the three seasonings. Also, I usually add the corn or the potatoes but not both because of the carbs.
We have done a similar food when camping using burgers, no corn. I am looking forward to trying this soon--camping is our staycation activity and this new recipe will add some fun and nutrition.
