Ingredients

    2 1/3 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. Sugar
    3 Tbsp. Margarine (melted)
    4 c. sliced Strawberries
    12 servings Cool Whip Lite or Fat Free

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together. On an ungreased cooking sheet, drop 12 spoonfuls on the cooking sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Slice in half, layer with strawberries. Top with Cool Whip and strawberries.

    This is a good recipe, but no way did it make 12 servings. It made six small sortcakes. I used Splenda and 2% milk. Would definitely make it again. - 7/8/10

    Incredible!
    I substitute Splenda for the sugar, decrease the amount of butter, and use the heart healthy version of Bisquick. Started with modifications when my DH was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. We love it, and had just this very evening! It's a real winner. - 6/6/10
