Ingredients

    Ground Turkey
    small onion
    plain uncooked oatmeal
    egg substitute
    ketchup
    honey
    worsteshire sauce
    salt
    pepper
    garlic

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, oats and egg substitute. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Use hands to mix thouroughly.
Place reynolds wrap across loaf pan, leaving a few inches hanging over on each side. This extra foil is very handy to lift meatloaf after cooking.
Spray foil with Pam.
Mold meat mixture into loaf pan. Cook for 1 hour at 350.
Mix to taste approx. one cup of ketchup, two dashes of worsteshire sauce and about a tablespoon of honey. 45 minutes into cooking meatloaf, spoon sauce mixture on top and resume cooking.
After 1 hour, remove from oven. Roll excess tin foil on sides for makeshift handles and lift foil, setting loaf on a cutting board. Allow to cool for approx. five minutes and serve.
