Ingredients

    2 teaspoons black peppercorns
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 tablespoon anise seed
    1 tablespoon fennel seed
    1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Roast peppercorns in a small skillet over medium heat, until you can smell them. Remove and finely in a clean coffee grinder.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and store in an air-tight jar.
Use just a pinch at a time.
