Ingredients

    2/3 cup quick cooking oats
    2 T + 2 tsp brown sugar splenda
    1/4 cup flour
    3 T chilled stick margarine, cut into small pieces

    6 small apples, peeled, cored, sliced
    2 T splenda for baking
    cinnamon & nutmeg to your taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Mix apples with white splenda, 2 tsp brown splenda, nutmeg and cinnamon. Layer in 8 in baking dish.

3. Combine oats, 2 T brown sugar splenda, and flour; cut in margarine with a pastry blender until it looks like coarse meal.

4. sprinkle over apple mixutre. bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
