Made this for breakfast this morning since we had some left over turkey sausage from last week's quiche. Turned out great and the family loved it! - 2/7/09

I added some parsely... I also used turkey sausage links and cut them up in the pan before adding the egg mix. Very delicious! - 3/2/15

    Very Good
The only thing that wasn't great was the fact that I didn't have enough eggs which made the .25 cups of milk a little to much:) Next time will make sure that I have enough ingredients but this was excellent otherwise. - 4/22/12

My family and I really enjoyed this scramble. We put them in flour tortillas with a little salsa. I don't think we needed as much milk as the recipe called for however. - 2/21/09

    Very Good
I can't have sausage on the diet I am following. I made this recipe with ground turkey and spiced it up with Mrs. Dash, some diced onion, tomato, and bell pepper. I put mine in between two slices of Double Fiber Wheat Bread and added a little spicy mustard to it. Easy to make the night before. - 2/17/09

Does 5 servings egg white mean egg white from 5 eggs? - 2/8/09

    Reply from CARRIEBEAR2 (2/15/09)
Yes. 5 servings of egg whites is 5 eggs without the yokes. Sorry for not being more specific! Hope you enjoy!
