Ingredients

    1 can 100% Pure Pumpkin
    1 large package Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding
    3 cups Skim Milk
    2 tsp. Pumpkin Spice

Directions

Blend pumpkin, pudding mix and milk with whick for 2 minutes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, ready to serve.

Option, top with Fat Free Cool Whip.

    I added nutmeg and cinnamon, and I put it in a graham cracker crust (add 110 calories for crust) topped with redi whip (add 15 calories for whip), and it was great dessert! - 2/20/10
