I made this for dinner yesterday and it was a hit! Served it on sun dried tomato taco shells and had also made lean hamburger w/taco seasoning. Served with light cheese. Family really enjoyed it. Great recipe for summer weather. - 7/21/09

I was not impressed. Maybe it was the broccoli because everything else seemed like it should mesh together well. If I do make this again, I will leave out the broccoli. - 9/8/12

This was really flavorful and filling! I did substitute straight black beans for a three bean mix(pinto, black and red kidney), and organic guacamole chips served as the bed-I made it into a salad form instead. Delish! - 10/24/11

Great idea...this sparked an idea for me to use black beans in place of ground beef when wanting regular hard tacos. I may add the broccoli as recommended in this recipe for something a little different from traditional lettuce! Thanks! - 2/12/10

Forgot to take out meat last night..........I will make this and hope that the family likes a meatless meel for once. Will give my husband soft shell taco, he just went to the dentist and his teeth will be too tender for hard shells. thanks, Vi - 9/14/09
