Ingredients

    1 Large Apple
    1 tsp Lemon Juice
    1 tsp Splenda

Directions

Slice apple into wedges
Put into a ziplock sandwich bag
Pour in 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp Splenda
Close bag and shake lightly for about 30 seconds
Enjoy immediately or take to work to eat later

(lemon juice keeps apples from browning)

    Good snack to pack in lunches! My daughter only likes sliced apples so she puts the lemon juice on them so they dont turn brown. - 3/16/07
