Love them! I cooked them for 9 hours at 145 degrees on a Nesco 700 watt dehydrater. They taste great and I can't wait to make them again. Thanks for the recipe - 12/25/09

These are terrific! I plan on trying them with less salt -- not because they were too salty, but just to try to reduce sodium in my diet. Thanks! - 5/2/10

These are amazing with a sandwich or hummus!!! Sorry I'm not 100% on raw but after having these, who knows I just might change!! So good. Who would have thought they would crunch like this! - 1/18/11

Great idea but how to do it without a dehydrator? Can it be done with the sun? - 9/7/19

I am new to dehydrating. I have on three occasions tried to dehydrate some sweet potato chips. Mine seem very bland and I was very disappointed. I am trying to give up regular potato chips by dehydrating them. What could I be doing wrong? HELP! - 10/9/12

I love that there is no added fat. Some of the recipes I've tried, tell you to coat the chips in olive oil. These are crisp and wonderful. - 10/10/11
