Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup corn flakes
    spices to taste: rosemary, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, basil

Directions

Put corn flakes in a plastic bag and grind them up with your hand or by rolling a glass over the bag. Add seasoning. Run water over chicken to wet it, then place chicken in bag and coat with breading. Place in baking pan and cook at 350 for 30 minutes.

    This was a greart substitute for shake and bake. I added salt free italian seasoning for taste and it was great! this will definitely be a staple in my healthy eating cookbook! - 12/9/09

    This was very good. I had heard about it, but never made it. I was very surprised. I used the same spices, but should have used either a little salt or some chicken bouillon. Cook time was perfect. - 2/16/08
