Ingredients

    1 Reduced Sugar Devil's Food Cake Mix
    2 cups pumpkin
    6 oz fat free cream cheese

Directions

Combine cake mix and pumpkin well. Spoon by the tbsp into mini cupcake cups. Add a dollop of the cream cheese. Spoon a little more batter on top. Bake in 350 oven for about 17 minutes.

    I use 2 cups of my own or a 14 or 16 oz can.
