Ingredients

    1-1/2 lbs ground venison
    1 cup oat bran
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 cup tomato juice
    2 eggs, beaten
    TOPPING:
    1/3 cup heinz reduced sugar ketchup
    1 T. mustard
    2 T. brown sugar or sucanat
    2 drops liquid smoke

Directions

Mix first seven ingredients well. Press into 9"x5" pan. Mix topping ingredients and spread onto meat mixture. Bake at 350 for 60-75 minutes or until done. Serves 8.
