Ingredients

# Turkey, Butterball, Extra Lean Ground, 454 g
# Salsa, Old El Paso Thick n' Chunky (med), 1 cup
# Pasta Sauce, Ragu Original, 1.5 cup
# Pasta, Vegetable Fusilli, 169 gram
# Spinach, No Name Frozen, 1 serving
# Egg, fresh, 1 large
# Cheese, Cheddar Medium, No Name 31%MF, 90 gram
# Cottage Cheese 1% (Dairyland), 0.5 cup
# Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
# Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
# Celery, cooked, 1 cup, diced
# Carrots, raw, 1 medium
Directions
Saute veggies (except spinach) & cook the ground turkey or chicken at same time. Drain fat. Add salsa & spaghetti sauce. Bring to boil & simmer 5 minutes.
Cook pasta, Spray 9x11 casserole dish.
Put 1/2 noodles on bottom. Then 1/2 the sauce. Mix egg, spinach & cottage cheese, & spread over sauce.
For next layer add rest of noodles, then rest of sauce. Topp with grated cheese. Cover & bake at 350 for 30 mins. Let sit 5 minutes. Top with parsley.
