Ingredients

    4 cups chopped apples
    2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup oil
    2 eggs
    2 cups flour
    2 teaspoons soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions

Mix together apples, sugar, oil and eggs.
Add remaining ingredients
Mix and put into a 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with pam
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
