Ingredients

    1.5 banana blended
    1.5 apple blended
    12 scoops protein powder
    10 Tablespoons Peanut butter
    3 cups oatmeal
    .5 cup honey
    6 tablespoons milled flax seed
    .5 cup peanuts
    Add cinnamon or instant coffee

Directions

Mix ingredients. Usually add a few sips of water during mixing. Coat bottom of rectangular cookie sheet with wax paper. Move batter onto pan. Flatten onto pan by covering with wax paper and use rolling pin. Refrigerate for 8 hours with top uncovered , then flip bars and let other top sit uncovered. This will harden bars.Use pizza cutter to cut into bars.
