    Ingredients:
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal, 2 cup crushed
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .66 cup
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp


Directions

preheat oven to 400F Cush corn flakes in ziplock bag. combine parmesan cheese and cornflakes. Combine flour with mrs. dash and coat whole chicken breasts with flour mixture, next coat with egg beaters and last coat with corn flake mixture. Lightly spray shalow roasting pan with non-stick coocking spray. place chicken in roasting pan and bake for 15-20 minutes on each side.
