    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1 cup (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Goat Cheese, Hard, .5 oz (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)


heat water in pot to boil
heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in pan and add 2 cloves chopped garlic.
Wash and prepare chicken breast. Add chicken to heated pan.
chop tomatos and onions.
add onions to chicken.
when water comes to a boil add spaghetti.
cook chicken and onions fully.
When spaghetti is almost done add chopped tomatos to pan with chicken and onions.
Sprinkle goat cheese on top of meal and enjoy!
