Ingredients

1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1/3 C. olive oil
1/2 unsweetened applesauce
1/3 C. splenda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix above ingredients and add the next
2 C uncooked quick cooking oatmeal
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 C nonfat milk
1/2 C raisins
1/2 C flax seed meal
Mix well.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*...makes 12 bars in a 9 x 9 non stick sprayed pan.
mix all ingredients and pour into prepared pan, bake for 25-30 min. Cool and cut into 12 bars...wrap in plastic wrap.
