Ingredients

Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
4 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp whole grain mustart
2 tbsp minced parsley or chervil
8 cups grated celeriac (celery root) - about 1 large
2 granny smith apples, grated
16 ounces lump crab meat
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustards, parsley and salt and pepper. Toss the celeriac and apple with the remoulade sauce as soon as they are grated to prevent browning. Stir in crab meat and serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
