Ingredients

20 oz. 96% lean ground beef
2 eggs
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp soy sauce
pepper
onion powder
cooking spray
5 (.87oz) packages McCormick's brown gravy mix
4 cups water
1/4 tsp soy sauce
8 oz sliced mushrooms
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large sauce pot, whisk 4 cups cold water, 1/4 tsp soy sauce, sprinkle onion powder, mushrooms and gravy mix. On medium heat, bring gravy to a boil stirring frequently. Turn to low and keep warm. Spray to large cookie sheets with cooking spray, set aside. In a large mixing bowl add ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, dash of pepper and a few shakes of onion powder. Mix well with hands. Roll 1 1/2 TBSP of mixture into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes turn and bake another 5 minutes. Carefully place meatballs in gravy. Turn heat to medium low and cook at least 30 minutes.
Makes 10 servings of 4 meatballs and 1/4 cup gravy.
Serve with egg noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
