Stuffed shells with Mozzarella, Parmesean and Ricotta Stuffed shells with Mozzarella, Parmesean and Ricotta

    1/2 box of Jumbo Shells
    1 egg
    1 lb Ricotta
    1 lb mozzarella cheese (shredded)
    1/4 cup parmesean
    1 tsp onion salt
    1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic
    1 1/2 tsp salt (or kosher salt)
    2 tsp chopped parsley
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 jar Newmans Marinara


Boil shells (usually I make more than I will use since some tear during cooking. Shells should be al dente. If they are too soft, they won't hold up when stuffed.

Mix all ingredients (except marinara), and stuff shells with mixture. Pour marinara over shells and cooks at 350 degrees (uncovered) for 45 minutes.
