Introduction

A nice, smooth juice packed with plenty of nutrients! A good way to use up leftover fruit, or fresh items from the garden! A nice, smooth juice packed with plenty of nutrients! A good way to use up leftover fruit, or fresh items from the garden!

Ingredients

    1 banana
    8 cherries, pitted
    1 small slice of watermelon
    1 peach, unpeeled, pitted
    1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
    1 tray of ice

Directions

Do NOT peel the peach. This adds to the smoothness of the juice.
Cut peach into eighths, remove pit.
Remove pits from cherries
Remove seeds from watermelon.
Place ice first into the blender
Cut the banana in thirds
Place raspberries in blender
Add all ingredients into the blender. Blend for two minutes or until the ice has been crushed and all ingredients mixed.
Pour into glass goblets for a fancy occasion, or just plain cups for everyday use!

Makes 24 ounces, serving size 12 ounces
