    1 can nonfat refried beans
    1 package reduced fat Mexican shredded cheese
    1 jar roasted red peppers
    (and anything else you want to add... chicken breast? cooked bacon? corn? rice? leftovers?)


Lay out the tortillas and split the ingredients between them.
Roll and freeze
