Ingredients

    1 container prunes (baby food- 71g)
    3/4 cup ground flax meal
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3 extra large eggs
    3 Tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup flour
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt


Directions

Mix ingredients together in order listed. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan that has been greased and floured. bake at 325*F for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. My husband devours these!
