Ingredients

    two chicken breasts with bone
    cinnamon, cumin, chili powder and salt
    3 small zucchini
    1 cup green garbanzo beans
    .5 cup shreadded carrots
    1 tsp olive oli

Directions

heat olive oil in pan, add onion and garlic, saute 5 min. sprinkle chicken with spices. place chicken in pan breast side down, cook 5 min.
add in vegetables, cook until soft.

Serve over couscous
