    8 oz Sweet Italian Sausage
    1 cup Pork Gravy
    1 Green Pepper cut into strips
    1 Red Pepper cut into strips
    1 Medium Onion sliced
    1 tsp. Dried Crushed Oregano Leaves
    Cooked Whole Wheat Penne Pasta


COOK sausage in large skillet until browned. Add pepper, onion and oregano and cook until tender.

ADD gravy and heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 5 min. or until sausage is done.

ADD pasta and toss to coat.

For a lighter dish, you can try turkey sausage and turkey gravy.
