Introduction

With fresh fruit, yogurt and protein powder, this smoothie makes a perfect St. Paddy's Day breakfast or post-workout snack. With fresh fruit, yogurt and protein powder, this smoothie makes a perfect St. Paddy's Day breakfast or post-workout snack.

Ingredients

    ~ 1 scoop protein powder (any brand containing minimum 25-30 gr of protein per serving)
    ~ 1/2 cup water
    ~ 1 single serving packet of lime flavored crystal light
    ~ 1 single serving yogurt (fat free/sugar free, any flavor)
    ~ 1 cup frozen kiwi slices

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender/mixer and blend untill smooth. Serve cold.

    Eh I don't do Crystal Lite - can't handle the artificial sweetener they use. I will use Stevia and a lime to try this out!! - 2/26/15
