    1 package of extra lean ground turkey
    3/4 cup salsa (make sure it has no added sugar, I use Herdez)
    1/4 cup italian seasond bread crumbs
    1 egg


Heat oven to 400, spray baking dish with cooking spray, I don't use a loaf pan so all fat can easily be removed after cooking.

Mix egg, salsa and bread crumbs together and add to ground turkey. Mix with hands until combined. Make a loaf shape and place into baking dish. Cook for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches healthy cooking levels.

    I recently discovered salsa in my meatloaf and love it! I cut out the breadcrumbs and didn't miss them! (did cook as smaller, separate loaves) - 1/21/12
