    250g cooked cold chicken breast, chopped or shredded
    50g raisins
    50g dried apricots, chopped
    3/4 tsp curry powder
    2 tsp mango chutney
    3/4 tsp lemon juice
    3 tblsp low fat mayonnaise
    3 tbsp virtually fat free fromage frais or plain fat free yogurt
    salt, pepper to taste


mix together the mayonnaise, fromage frais, curry powder, mango chutney and lemon juice and season to taste. stir in the chicken, raisins and apricots. chill
delicious in sanwiches or on baked potatoes. can also be served with a salad.
