Ingredients

    Olive oil- 1 tbsp
    Garlic Powder- 2 tsp
    Beef top round (cut into strips for stir fry)- 1lb
    Fresh Carrot diced- 1 medium size
    Broccoli frozen
    Oyster Sauce- 6oz
    Green onion chopped- 1tbsp

Directions

Heat oil and garlic powder over medium heat. Add sliced beef, stir and brown. Put in chopped carrot and broccoli (and red pepper flakes if desired) and cook until carrots are tender. Add oyster sauce and mix well. Put in the green onion and turn down heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
