Introduction
I use the Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal receipe for these cookies, but I make them much smaller and I use the Splenda Brown Sugar blend instead of regular brown sugar. My family loves these cookies! Ingredients

1 stick plus 6 Tbsp of butter
3/4 cup firmly packed Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups self rising flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 cups Quaker Oats
1 cup Raisins
Directions
Heat oven to 350F. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add flour and cinnamon, mix well. Add Oats and raisins, mix well.
Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet (or stone)
Bake until light golden brown....it took me about 16 minutes.
I made 66 (5.5 dozen) cookies
