Ingredients

    Low fat mozza cheese
    Healthy Harvest Pasta Rotini
    Tuna in water (133gm)
    Peas (frozen)
    Red, Green, yellow peppers (2 cups chopped)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Cook noodles as per package instructions.
when there is 5 minutes left in cooking for the noodles add the peas to them and continue cooking.

When they are done transfer the noodles and peas to a shallow baking dish and mix in the peppers and tuna.

Mix them well and add italian seasoning (like epicure pasta seasoning) to them.

Cover with mozza cheese and bake for 20min at 350 degrees.
