This is a great way to get fruit in your deit AND eat your dessert! This is a great way to get fruit in your deit AND eat your dessert!
Number of Servings: 4


    • 20 strawberries
    • 2 medium bananas
    • 4 cups Cool Whip Lite (1/2 lbs)
    • Graham Cracker Crust Pie


  1. Cut strawberries into bite size.
  2. Slice Bananas roughly 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  3. In large bowl, combine fruit with whipped topping and fold in to mix fruit.
  4. Spoon into pie crust and cool in fridge for 4 hours.
Makes 4 servings, very messy servings! ;)

    I have not tried this, but plan on making it tomorrow after I pick important thing to realize is that the calorie count etc, is for the entire recipe. You'd have to divide it by the number of servings, in this case four. - 6/24/10

    there is a fat free cool whip out now that would make this even less calories and it is low in sugar as well. It tastes great too! - 11/10/07

    Thanks for sharing!! I struggle with eating fruit too!! I don't know if the "complainers" noticed the serving size was 1/4 of a WHOLE PIE, simple math and smaller portions make it a fine dessert to work into healthy eating.
