    C chopped onions
    1 clove of chopped garlic
    1 T Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    1 lb. of 99% fat free ground turkey
    8 oz jar of mushroom slices
    1 T corn starch
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can 98% fat free Cream of Chicken soup
    8 oz low fat sour cream
    Egg noodles


Sautee cup of chopped onions and 1 clove of chopped garlic in "butter."

Add 1 lb. of turkey and brown. Add 8 oz jar of mushroom slices.

Cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in 1 T Corn Starch, and salt and pepper to taste to thicken bit.

Add 1 can Cream of Chicken soup. Cook for about 15 minutes on low. Add 8 oz carton of sour cream. Warm thoroughly.

Serve over noodles.
