Ingredients

Jello Sugar free Pudding either Vanilla or Lemon flavor (depending on how much lemon flavor you like), Cool Whip Fat Free, Crushed peanuts (optional)

Directions

This dessert is soooo easy and my kids love it too!
Simply make the Jello pudding as the package directs being sure you use 2% or skim milk. Leave the pudding in a large bowl and let set for 10 minutes in refrigerator. After the pudding has set fill the bottom of approximately 4 dessert cups with 2-3 tbsp of the pudding. Sprinkle on some of the nuts. Use the left over pudding and mix it with 1/2 the tub of cool whip. Place 2-3 tbsp of this mixture on top of the pudding in the cups. This should use up the pudding mix. Sprinkle on more nuts. Top the dessert cups with remaining 1/2 tub of cool whip and Sprinkle with more nuts. DONE!
Makes about 4 dessert cups.
For a nice party variation make the same way but use a graham cracker crust to make a whole pie!! YUM YUM!

    Incredible!
This recipe was great, simple and easy! Loved the lemon and can't wait to try different flavors. I used 1% milk, 1 cup light cool whip - left out the nuts and topped each serving with a package of crushed sugar free shortbread bites. With the shortbread each serving was around 205 calories. - 2/11/10
