Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Heart Smart Bisquick
    1 Cup 2% shredded cheddar
    1 Cup skim milk
    8 oz. Diced Ham
    2 eggs

Directions

Spray a 9" pie plate with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients, pour into plate and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
