Ingredients

    5 Bonless Sirloin Pork Chops
1 cup - Kikoman Soy Sauce (use low sodium if you like, but I prefer the original)
    2 Tbsp Dried Onion Flakes
    2 Tbsp ground Ginger
1/4 cup - distilled white vinegar
    2 Tbsp Minced garlic
    1 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

In a large (gallon size) ZipLock Bag, add all ingredients except pork chops. Squish the bag until the mixture is combined.

Add pork chops and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (overnight o.k. too)

Grill until done.

Yummy served with grilled corn and a side salad.
