Introduction

Lovely salad with shrimp, avocado, tomato, and feta. Lovely salad with shrimp, avocado, tomato, and feta.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 lb shrimp, cooked & peeled
    3 tbsp Wegman's Lemon Vinaigrette
    1/3 c feta, crumbled
    2 avocados, diced
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

-Mix shrimp, tomatoes, and vinaigrette in bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
-Add avocado. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Stir gently.
-Divide lettuce among four plates. Top with shrimp salad mix and feta.
