Ingredients

    2 cups shredded chicken breast
    1 tablespoon hot sauce (or more to taste)
    1 8 oz package of fat free cream cheese
    1 8 oz package of 1/3 fat cream cheese
    1 cup light ranch dressing
    1.5-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Yields 8 Servings

1) Shred chicken breast (about two cups) and warm in pan with hot sauce
2) In large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese and ranch dressing
3) Add chicken and mix well
4) Spread mixture in baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
5) Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted

Serve with tostitos and celery sticks.

    I found a similar recipe to this (I lightened it up and is very much like this one) in a search for baked boneless wings for a football themed party. Everyone LOVED it, including a lady who doesn't normally like spicy foods. I use 3/4 a cup of hot sauce though, and it turns out fantastic. I - 1/17/13

    It's not true buffalo chicken wing dip unless you use bleu cheese dressing...ranch is NOT served with chicken wings in Buffalo. *Gasp* Lol - 12/19/12

    Incredible!
    I am on a low carb diet, and this was PERFECT. I made my own rendition by using some leftover rotisserie chicken, and I added some green onions on top. I cut green and red bell peppers for me and my boyfriend to dip into it.... they made perfect scoops!! Crystal hot sauce mmmmm - 1/24/11
