Introduction

This is a great cake! Eggless but still gets a great rise, low in calories and still chocolately!!! Ingredients

    1-1/2 cup flour
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup cold water
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 tsp. vinegar

Directions

Makes 12 (2.75"x3") or 24 (2"x2")

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Spray a small baking pan (8x12) with Butter flavored Pam or veggie spray.

Sift all dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix all the wet ingredients, except vinegar, together in another bowl.

Transfer dry and wet ingredients to the baking pan and stir together till combined. Stir in the vinegar rapidly and immediately place pan into preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes

Optional:
Serve with fruit, berries, chocolate syrup, nuts, etc.
