Ingredients

    2 cans Crescent Rolls
    2 8oz packages of Cream Cheese (reduced fat)
    3 cups granulated sugar
    1 TBSP vanilla
    1 stick unsalted butter
    1 TBSP cinnamon

Directions

Spray 9x13 pan with Cooking Spray.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Line 9x13 pan with 1 can of crescent rolls.
Cream 2 cups of sugar with both packages of cream cheese and vanilla extract. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of roll.
Layer 2nd can of Crescent Rolls on top of cream cheese mixture.
Pour melted butter over top of rolls.
Mix Remaining cup of sugar with 1 TBSP cinnamon and sprinkle mixture over top of the buttered rolls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

    Had it at work today. Tastes delicious. We decided that you can replace the sugar with Splenda, instead of the butter use a butter flavored spray and use half the cream cheese to save tons of calories. I will make it from scratch with wheat flour. - 1/7/10

    NO NEED FOR ALL THE BUTTER, just brush the top with a tablespoon or less! Even better...just brush top with egg white!! - 4/29/09
