Ingredients

    1 pound Honeysuckle white ground white chicken
    1 lb. 96%extra-lean ground beef
    1/4 c. egg substitute
    1 cup uncooked instant brown rice
    ¾ cup water
    1/3 cup finely chopped onion
    3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 large can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce


Directions

Mix ground turkey with beef, egg & rice, ¾ C. cup of water, chopped onion, garlic powder, and pepper. Shape by tablespoon into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Place the meatballs in an ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the porcupine meatballs. Cover and bake at 350°. oven for about 45 minutes. Uncover and bake meatballs 15 to 20 minutes longer.
Makes 35 meatballs.
Makes 7 servings of 5 meatballs each.
