Ingredients

! pound ground pork
2 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar Sub.
1/4 cup ketchup any brand
1/4 egg substitute any brand
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt optional
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
1 teaspoon onion flakes
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
Makes 6 meatballs. Serving size 1 meatball.
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In large bowl, combine ground pork, onion flakes, corn flakes,salt(optional), pepper and egg substitute.
3. In small bowl stir together ketchup, brown sugar substitite, and dry mustard. Spoon 2 tablespoons of ketchup mixture into pork and mix well.
4. Spray muffin tin with non stick spray. Form 6 meatballs and place in muffin tin. Coat top of each meatball with remaining ketchup mixture.
5. Bake for 30 minuetes at 375 degrees F. ,until nicely browned and glazed.
