Introduction

For a yummy breakfast, mix this granola up in the evening, cook for the 1 hour then turn off the oven and let it stay in the warm oven overnight. It will be ready to eat in the morning! Delicious!

Ingredients

    7 cups old fashioned rolled oats
    1 cup shredded coconut
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    3/4 cup oil
    3/4 cup water
    1 tsp vanilla
    1tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all dry ingredients together. In blender whiz water, oil and vanilla. Pour quickly over the dry ingredients. Stir well. Put in thin layer in cookie sheets in the oven. Cook for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and leave it until the oven is cool.
