Ingredients

    1 large tomato, cubed
    1/2 english cucumber, cubed
    2 Tbsp red onion. thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp fresh basil, sliced
    1/4 large yellow bell pepper, cubed
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 Tbsp Newman's own Light balsamic dressing
    salt and pepper

Directions

Chope vegetables into 1/2-3/4 inch cubes; Mix remainder of ingredients together and stir well. Serves 1
