Introduction

Easy no-cook, low fat and sugar free ice cream that tastes just like a delicious cinnamon bun! Easy no-cook, low fat and sugar free ice cream that tastes just like a delicious cinnamon bun!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 C. fat free half and half
    12 oz can 2% unsweetened condensed milk, chilled
    1.25 C. splenda granular
    6 oz. low fat cream cheese
    1.5 Tbsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 pinches xanthan gum

Directions

Combine half and half, condensed milk, splenda, cream cheese and vanilla in blender and blend until well mixed. There should be no lumps remaining from the cream cheese.

While blender is on, slowly add cinnamon and cloves until well blended, then slowly add xanthan gum and continue blending for about 30 seconds.

Add mixture to ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

Makes about 8 - 9 1-cup servings.
