Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia), cut into 1" pieces

    Boca Ground Burger, entire bag, (8 servings 1/2 cup each
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Bell Peppers, 1 cup, chopped (or use a mix of colors)Canned Diced Tomatoes, 1 can (do not drain)
    Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw 1 cup

    Tomato Sauce, 2 cups
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Ground Cumin, 1 tbsp
    Vegetable boullion, 2 cubes
    1 1/2 cups water

Directions

Sray pan with non-stick spray

Layer 1/3 cabbage in bottom

Next, layer 1/2 of boca burger, onion, pepper, rice, and diced tomatoes

Layer another 1/3 cabbage

Layer other half of boca burger, onion, pepper, rice and diced tomatoe

Last layer remaining cabbage.

disolve boullion cubes in 1 1/2 cups water, combine with tomatoe sauce and spices.

SLOWLY pour over layers
Cover
Bake @ 350 for 90-120 minutes untill rice is done
